Follow these steps to download Windows 10 ISO file 64-bit for free:

1. First off head to the Microsoft software download page, it's linked in the description. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/
2. Click on the Windows 10 image.
3. Then under where it says "Create Windows 10 installation media", click on the "Download tool now" button.
4. Save the file to your hard drive.
5. Open the Media Creation Tool.
6. Accept the license terms.
7. Now select "Create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) for another PC".
8. Then click on Next.
9. Untick the "Use the recommended options for this PC".
10. Select your desired language.
11. Make sure the architecture is 64-bit.
12. When you're finished, click on Next.
13. Now select "ISO file".
14. Then click Next.
15. And save the file to your hard drive.
16. Next just wait for the file to download, this could take a while, the file is 4-5GB in size.

Once the download is complete you'll have your Windows 10 ISO file where you saved it.
