Follow these steps to change theme on LibreWolf:

1. Click on the hamburger menu on the top right.
2. Next click on "Add-ons and themes".
3. Then click on "Themes" on the left.
4. Here you will see all pre-installed themes. Just click on the "Enable" button next to the theme to switch themes.
5. If you want to find more themes, where it says "Find more add-ons", type what kind of theme you want and search for it on the Mozilla add-ons page. For example I searched for "green theme".
6. Once you have searched for a theme, click on the preview image of the theme you want to install.
7. Then click on "Install Theme".
8. Next click on "Continue to Installation".
9. Now click on "Add" to enable the theme.
10. Finally click on "Okay" on the top right.
