Follow these steps to change the download location in Brave browser:

1. Go to the hamburger menu on the top right.
2. Select "Settings".
3. Click on "Downloads" on the lower left.
4. Where it says "Location" click on the "Change" button to the right.
5. Select a new download folder.
6. Click on "Select Folder" to finish the selection.

NOTE: You may want to disable "Ask where to save each file before downloading" or it will choose the folder where you last downloaded a file, which may not be the default download folder.
