First of all open your Facebook profile now go to your Facebook settings click on privacy settings make changes in your Facebook privacy settings change all options to friends now click on back bottun go to public posts now make same changes ... change all settings to friends

go to Facebook app again now click on help option click on search boutton type "profile locked" click on first link and now you will see an option lock your profile click on it and boom your Facebook profile is locked

This feature isn't available everywhere right now. You can only lock your profile in certain countries and on certain devices.
