It's Basically HALLOWEEN!

Offerings (1989) is the most Halloween-feeling movie since Halloween! It's a total rip-off right down to the music. But since it's not in the hands of legendary John Carpenter, the film fails to spark any fear or terror. Instead, it's a boring, by-the-numbers slasher that surprisingly has some charm to it.
