AMD Radeon Settings Overclocking Guide for Radeon VII & Vega 64

After hours and hours of testing, I present to you a quick rundown of the performance tab in Radeon Settings. Including how they affect the performance of the Radeon VII and Vega 64 cards.

RESULTS Both cards performed extremely well when the power draw was toned down using Radeon Settings. For example when the Vega 64's draw was dropped from 240W to 120W it could still hit 28k in Luxmark, only 2k behind its 240W power score. The Radeon VII could hit 43k in Luxmark when just limited to 100W of power, which is insane considering it's regular 220W brings it 50k.
