Why meditate? 🧘♀️🌟
In our life, most of the time, we are reacting, and this makes life more miserable. When we meditate, we slow down our reaction time and gradually enter a state of mind where, instead of feeling overwhelmed, we begin to respond.
Consider moments of anger, greed, or negative feelings. The sooner we develop the ability to observe ourselves without reacting, the better our lives become, and we excel in whatever we do. Success and failure cease to matter as much, as we are constantly in a state of joy with whatever we are doing.
