Manifest Faster by Getting into State

Whenever you are manifesting using affirmations, scripting letters, or any other techniques, it is much better to manifest while you are in a specific state. Your brain goes through several states during the day, and here’s a breakdown from Dr. D. (1970) Beyond the Law of Attraction.

Beta State: This is the state you are in during normal activities like reading, moving, running, etc. Alpha State: You enter this state during concentrated activities or flow states. Theta State: You enter this state during deep meditation, right before falling asleep, and right after waking up. Delta State: This is the state of deep sleep & healing.

Your affirmations and manifestations become more effective by tapping into the theta state, or at least the alpha state. You can still manifest in the beta state, but your results will be faster and more impactful by accessing the theta or alpha state.
