Update on new home NAS project. Solved some of my Z440 problems

Did a dry run on the Z440 setup thanks to a viewer suggestion by Joshua. There was a little confusion on my part since I didn't understand what was going on in the other videos doing this. It wasn't quite clear that the audio header is a standard HD Audio pinout. Also none of the videos I watched pointed out the keying of the 4-pin fan header is non-standard. I think I am almost ready to build this out.
