The problem with the USPS secure collection boxes keeps getting worse... 😤

The secure collection boxes used to be the best way to drop off mail. No waiting in line, no wondering if your mail is going to get stolen, and best part open 24/7. Now whether it is postal worker laziness or they just have "too many packages" to process as they like to say there is nothing but problems with these collection boxes. The problem is if they don't do an acceptance scan the package doesn't show traffic till it is delivered. Plus my post office and many other post offices are consistently losing packages. Not sure what the solution is sadly. It would be nice if USPS keeps upping their rates if they would hire more people.
