I can't believe how junk modern laptops are. This laptop has been dropped a few times but the drop damage isn't even near the hinges. The lack luster Loctite didn't help any. The real problem is the hinges aren't mounted to something strong enough for them to not bust their mounts. Granted this has been going on for a few years now with laptops. The problem has been getting worse though.
