How to install NVIDIA Tesla GPU in Dell PowerEdge R720/R730 Precision Rack 7910

Just a quick updated guide and tips for installing the NVIDIA Tesla GPUs in Dell's 12th and 13th gen R720/R730 series servers. This is using my custom made cable I sell. This applies to most of the Tesla GPUs such as the K80, M40, P100, P40 and others. The process should be the same whether you are working with the PowerEdge R720, R720xd, R730, R730xd, Precision Rack 7910, and Compellant SC8000. With the xd models only one Tesla GPU is supported in riser 2. Also be mindful that with single CPU configs not all of the PCIe slots may be usable since they are tied to CPU 1 or CPU 2 respectively.
