The feeling of not being safe is the other of all of our difficulties. It goes all the way back to childhood and there is no one who isn't subject to it to some degree.

The wondrous thing about tapping is that, while you are tapping on the negative, the thing you most fear, the effect is one of releasing that fear so you end up feeling safe... maybe for the very first time.

I am making my way back to all of my older Meridian tapping videos and re-editing them to focus more on the tapping and less on the explanation.

I am also doing new ones in the way I now do tapping which is quite a bit different than the way I used to do it.
