A Meditation Open House

Since I didn't keep my Tea with G commitment last Sunday I decided to do something special.

So this Sunday, Tomorrow May 12th, I am hosting a Meditation Open House.

Anyone who would like to come for a guided meditation, the invitation is open to all.

It will begin with a short introduction (as people arrive, followed by a 20 or 25 minuted guided meditation, followed by and Q&A period.

It's open and free.
