Sorted3 GTD App on Mac Desktop - Good and Geeky

Kortney asked a question about how to get the bubble icon in the desktop app of Sorted3 when merging tasks.

I wasn't quite sure what she meant by the bubble icon but I thought I would give it a go.

You select multiple items by clicking on the items in the left side of the task in the list of tasks. Then you can do things with those multiple items like merging or using the auto schedule feature in Sorted3.

I'm still using Sorted 3 as my GTD app to organise myself. I need reminders to tell me when things need to be done. Or I forget, or I get distracted by something else.
