MIcroWave Audio Editor Mac
David Allen
An inexpensive but capable Audio editor for Mac.
Microwave audio editor Mac only does a single track, but it does it well and had some handy filters and audio effects that you can use. Not in the same league as Amadeus Pro, but could be very handy and spot on for some users.

... if I am doing a tutorial demonstrating use of software?
You can monetise videos showing software user interface only if you have a contract with the publisher or you have paid a licensing fee. Otherwise, showing software user interface on your video has to be minimal UNLESS PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONAL OR EDUCATIONAL VALUE.
The relevant section is in All Caps. Sorry for shouting.
