Dataview or Database Folder in Obsidian - Good and Geeky

With the latest version V1 of Obsidian you can now use these plugins. The makers of the plugins updated them quickly to make the compatible. In this video I show how to use both of these plug ins and you can decide for yourself which you prefer.

I think Database Folder is better overall but it might depend on your needs. Dataview can be used with Datsbase folder to make the query to show what you want on the page.

You have it working with Templater to give you the setup of the fields for the database. These can be triggered by a hot ket to add the template for the data. Or you can use a folder trigger. SO anything which goes in a specific folder gets the template and gets added to the database.
