Basic QGIS tutorial to use it as ArcGIS on Windows 10

As a reference area, I will use NoLo (North of Loreto), a neighborhood in Milan that is on everyone's lips. To start we will load the shapefiles of the census sections, the buildings of the topographical database of Milan and the streets extracted from open street map. We will then make a manual selection, one by one and extract everything to have a cleaner work area.
