Rust River Raid - Terminal rewrite of a retro game; part two: Enemies

In the first part we created our player and the world (the river I mean). But no game is fun without enemies! At leas no raid is fun without enemies. So in this section I will add an enemy struct and some enemies will appear randomly in the river. Oh.. if there is an enemy, the raider should be able to shoot them! So press the Space bar!
