LPIC 1 - 82 - 110.3 (2/3) - Securing data with encryption; Understand ssh tunnels and X11 forwarding
Jadi
Last Part of LPIC1, exam 102, version 500 is about Encryption. In the 2nd part of this module, I'm speaking about ssh tunnelling. ssh tunnels are what sysadmins use to "tunnel" a connection through a server. Very cool concept but strangely less known although we use daily in our work. I will cover more than what LPIC asks for because you will use it someday and will thank me ;) I will cover the Local tunnels, Remote tunnels, Dynamic tunnels and will finish by showing you X11 forwarding in ssh.
