09 - Test Value is Below or At Least as Large - Quality Assurance with Chai - freeCodeCamp Tutorial

We can use isBelow() to test if a value is less than another value, and we can use isAtLeast() to test that a value is more than or equal to another value. The reason these methods are paired is that their tests directly contradict each other.
