SourceMod Scripting Tutorial(Advanced)

Another SourceMod Scripting Tutorial I made.

What happens in this tutorial? When a person types in the chat: !vipsay a PrintHintText pops up with everyone saying "name" said hello but if you are a VIP this can only happen! Else if you are not a vip it says "no access to the vip command" Something like that! The scripting explains it all pretty much if you read it correctly! Also making a group is easy and explained in the tutorial! Just go to admins_override.cfg in the configs folder in addons\sourcemod\configs and make what I did if it DOESNT work please let me know and I will figure it out!
