Packet Batch - Installing The DPDK Special Version

How to install Packet Batch's DPDK version. This is the fastest version of Packet Batch. However, requires a kernel-bypass library called the DPDK (Data Plane Development Kit). The DPDK only supports specific hardware and is also more complicated to install. With that said, this version does not support TCP cooked sockets non-like the Standard version.
