SpeedTree 9 -- THE Tool for Tree and *COUGH* Foliage Creation.

Speedtree recently released Speedtree 9, so I figured it was a good time to look at this long running piece of middleware used to create trees and foliage for games. It's been used in AAA games for a couple of decades now, and Speedtree 9 brings the world of Photogrammetry to the long running tool.
