Arch Linux Unity Hub Not Launching ConnectionLost: Timeout! Cannot connect to Licensing Client

A recent update broke Unity Hub on Arch Linux. If you try to open Unity Hub in a terminal it will throw and error and one of the line says ConnectionLost: Timeout! Cannot connect to Licensing Client

This is due to an OpenSSL update.
