In this video, we are fine-tuning some aspects of the game to start to give it some structure and have a more in depth control of what is happening.
To achieve these objectives, we will improve the death mechanism to show a GAME OVER SCREEN and suspend the game until we restart it. We will implement a basic Start Screen with some limited functionalities for now, as it will only be used to start the game when the game is fresh starting, or when the player is starting again.
If you want to learn how to make or design games, you have come to the right place. We are taking the full process to new levels. We are checking on the mechanics that we are implemented and then testing them in the game to make sure they are working correctly. So this is a really good course to learn on how to develop games.
We will upload all the new assets to to the ITCHIO and we are thinking in opening a Github for the project, let us know which you like the most in the comments below.
