An a/b split test, also called a split test or A/B test, is a type of statistical experiment used to determine the effectiveness of two variables. It could be the color of a button, the text on a website, or anything that can change based on user input.
The goal of an A/B split test is to run one campaign against another and see which campaign performs the best.
The winner becomes the new default version, and then you can move on to variations to try and find an even better result with some new tweaks.
