Lesson 2a - Creating our config file using the Test Runner CLI

🗒️ Note for windows users: When running the initial Test Running setup on Windows machines using git bash, a breaking issue occurs due to a permission issue (even when running as admin). You have to run the setup from cmd (possible with admin privileges). After that everything else can be run using git bash.
