I give a quick explanation of support and resistance that can be used with stocks in the stock market, and even cryptos. Support is an area of price where a lot of buyers are sitting, and should act as a floor for the stock price. Resistance is an area of price where a lot of sellers are sitting, and will act as a ceiling for the stock price. You can look at the tops of the candles on your chart and see areas where multiple price areas candle tops stopped out - you draw a line across those candle tops to show you the resistance. Same thing with support, look at the bottoms of the candles where multiple candles stopped at, and draw a line to show that support. If too much selling comes in at a support area, that support can break, and the price will drop under that support. That old support will become new resistance. Vica Verca, if a lot of buyers come in at an area of resistance, breaking through that ceiling strong, than that old resistance can become new support! So remember, old support can become new resistance, and old resistance can become new support.
