Warranty Return 800XL - Client Video

This is a 'private' video the client suggested I publish, and I'm doing so now in order to provide the channel with some content while I'm in the middle of moving house. Hence: no early-patreon release, patron credits, etc. The machine actually came back yet a second time after this video was made, and since I still have the machine here (which is now 'definitively' fixed), I'll make a follow-up video once the new recording facility is set up. Apologies to all for the lengthy hiatus (made worse by the death of Deborah's mother on 30th August), but we hope to be fully installed in our new home before the end of September.
