Find Next Match In Excel - Keyboard Shortcut very rarely used
Excel Is Simple
When you search for something in excel you would use ctrl+F (Win) or command+F (Mac). If you have to go to the next match, then you would possibly press the ‘find next’ button in the find window. Now since the window overlaps your excel sheet, it becomes a bit difficult to see the next match in excel. There is a shortcut for going to the next match which is Shift+F4 in windows or Command+G in mac versions of the excel. But in order to use this shortcut, you will first need to open the find window once and type the search string so that the search query is registered. The close the find window and use the shortcuts to move to the next match. This shortcut is very useful when you have to find matches in large databases quickly.
