I've looked at several tools for text to speech for YouTube videos and up until now the best one I found was for a tool called Speechelo. The voices sounded pretty real and if you want to check out the review I did for it I'll link it below. But Descript takes it one step further and creates deepfakes of your voice or of a bunch of stock voices. The fact that you can also create a deep fake of your own voice was the big selling point for me.

This voice generator uses samples of your own voice. In its overdub feature you can create full copies of your own voice. The more samples of your voice that you give it the more realistic it sounds. With this cloning process you can easily create a deep fake of your own voice for videos or just for audio such as fixing parts of your Podcast.
