When Context Makes the Point
Eugene the Philostopher
E.th.ph. discusses the two processes by which we interpret the situations and assign value to objects: framing and overflowing. These were developed under the framework of actor-network theory (ANT) by Michel Callon. He claims that both are simply two sides of the same coin and the only difference between them is quantitative: framing works with a single context, and overflowing floods the discourse with multiple contexts.
