NVIDIA Optimus Setup - Arch, Manjaro, EndeavourOS

I've struggled a bit getting the right setup on my laptop with NVIDIA Optimus graphics on Arch and Arch-based distros. I found a post on the Manjaro forums the other day that is working perfectly so I thought I'd share what I learned.

After installing the latest NVIDIA driver (440 when this was posted) and then install optimus-manager-qt and bbswitch from the AUR and follow the steps in this post - https://forum.manjaro.org/t/install-drivers-for-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1050-without-bumblebee/114828/3
