Latte Dock on Kubuntu - Initial Installation and Configuration

How to install and configure Latte Dock on Kubuntu, in this case Kubuntu 19.04 and Latte Dock 0.9.2. There isn't an installable package available that I'm aware of so this is a guide on compiling it from source. Fear not however as this isn't difficult to do. Once I have it installed I go through a few simple configuration options and layouts. I don't go into great depth as I plan to cover more advanced configurations in a future video. I hope this gets you up and running with this excellent tool for configuring a custom desktop layout.
