KDE Plasma Broken GTK Theme Fix

I noticed after installing the latest version of Kubuntu, 19.04 aka Disco Dingo, that my GTK apps were not themed properly. I've noticed this happening on other distributions as well so it appears to be an issue with KDE Plasma upstream. This video explains how I discovered the problem and was able to fix it.
