Cinnamon Desktop Environment on openSUSE Tumbleweed

Continuing the recent trend of installing the Cinnamon desktop environment on everything I can, today's installment uses openSUSE Tumbleweed as the base distribution. I go through downloading and installing the base openSUSE system and then installing Cinnamon using the one-click option from software.opensuse.org.
