Fractionalizing NFTs and linking them to the physical assets with Ralph Liu, WeCoOwn

Youve probably thought about linking NFT to any physical asset - cars, ownership rights, real estate and so on. Youve been right - the main idea of transferring an obiect by sending a unique token (like we send any cryptocurrency or fungible tokens, for instance) seems quite obvious for postpone it for the better times. Just imagine selling a car by selling an NFT representing that car.... mmmm, thats our future, youd like to get there, I know! But now even thinking in this direction causes a sort of headache - cause too many legal issues have already arisen and are seeming to be unsolved yet. Even more questions will have appeared inevitable when you`ll try to think about co-ownership (or so-called "fractional ownership") of a physical object represented via NFT.

Ralph Y. Liu​, the fonder and CEO of many interesting blockchain proejcts (WeCoOwn, MuleChain, Turbochains etc.), has been working in the co-ownership realm since 2006.
