Original description: Okay fine, I had to share this little fuck-up that probably will make it into the final game... Just a bland little combat test area without dynamic lights or anything special, where I was working on the "Game Over" scene for after the party has been wiped out. Apparently I screwed up and forgot to remove the party members from combat after they died, so they just kept getting mauled violently by the enemies after death...
