The not-so-long awaited Chapter 13 is now here. It's here before even a single person has bitched at us for another video.

The video spans Saturday night (9/27/08) to Sunday night (9/28/08). Despite being 5 videos, we still had to cut a bunch of things from the final product. We had so much to show with so little time to show it.

The project is back full-force and is now being worked on with a heightened level of ferocity and commitment. We've gotten more done in the last two weeks than in several previous months. Everybody has poured late nights and many hours into getting things going again.

Marcel is working on getting the level editor to a point where he can call it finished. There will always be things that need to be added later, but pretty soon it'll be fully usable for the time being.

Peter is doing what I'd like to call "productive ass douching," meaning that he's generally screwing around in Lua, creating things that aren't actually going to be in the final game, but these things are necessary for the development of the scripting system.

I'm switching between adding accessor functions/interfaces from the engine to Lua as Peter bitches for them and making new additions to the engine. Marauder is also working full-time on the engine.

LusikkaMage and Chris are both working on new tiles for the game, as we're at the point where new and original art is going to be essential. Kleithap is currently working on building us a new site. We've bought a domain for the project, and it's now up. We'd like to invite everybody to our forums as a place to talk about programming, game development, your projects, or anything else for that matter.
