LOAD LAMP ~ Very SImple, But Very Useful

A super simple circuit which can be used to safely test power transformers to identify 120V windings from lower voltage windings, test SMPS , relays, solenoids, as well as other circuits/electrical devices to ensure they work properly before applying full power. By doing this, you can prevent costly damage to the circuit/electronic device being tested. This setup can be used with 120V / 240V / or 12V power supplies. The Load Lamp which is used, should be around 3 times the rated wattage of the circuit/device which is under test. As a result of how this circuit is put together, only a limited amount of current can flow into the circuit/device under test. No need for a fuse.
