HOW TO: Transformerless Power Supply - LED's/NiCd Charging+

Simple circuit for powering LED's/charging NiCd batteries with 120VAC power. This circuit has the potential to cause serious injury or even death if precautions are not taken! Completed circuit must be enclosed in a plastic project box and the 120VAC line in MUST HAVE A 250MA FUSE!.

Build this at your own risk. If you are new to electronics, do not build this circuit until you have had time to learn first!
