ADC noise reduction with software filter

This is a simple algorithm to reduce ADC (Analog to digital converter) noise. It uses a 128 reading average and a condition not to update the reading if the new reading has only +/- 2 counts or less variation unless this count change is not just noise and persist for more than two consecutive readings.
