Windows 10 vs Ubuntu 20.04 - Resource Usage & Gaming Comparison

How does Ubuntu 20.04 compare to Windows 10's resource usage? Will a Linux distro use fewer or more resources than Windows? Is Linux still behind Windows in terms of gaming performance?

I'm unsure why the Windows footage, especially the text, looks so bad when zoomed. Enlarging an image will obviously make details like text more blurry but on the Windows side, it becomes almost unreadable.

In future benchmarks, I'll record the source footage in 720p since downscaling from 1080p to 720p is was causes the blurriness anyway and Kdenlive's 2k and 4k render support not well supported.
