GhostBSD 20.02 w/Mate Overview | Distro Delves S2:Ep14

We finally get to see BSD on Distro Delves with GhostBSD 20.02! Which is based on TrueOS which in turn is based on FreeBSD.

BSD is a Unix operating system similar to Linux (which is only Unix "like") and, despite what many people say about it, is still very different from Linux.

FreeBSD is (probably) the most popular flavor of BSD, followed by OpenBSD. TrueOS is a server-oriented BSD flavor which is based on FreeBSD, and GhostBSD is based on top of TrueOS.

It's similar to how elementaryOS is based on Ubuntu, which itself is based on Debian.
