Hey guys! Today is a little personal update! You can see by the title what this one is about. After going on the pill around 4-5 years ago it messed me up like crazy and I even lost my period for over a year. I managed to get my period back naturally but it has been irregular ever since (about 6 weeks apart each cycle) and today I can finally say I have got things back on track to what they used to be before I went on that stoooopid pill and mostly importantly I KNOW WHAT MADE THE CHANGE!
