Why I think most code interviews are garbage | #feurious

Most tech companies use algorithm style code interviews and/or abstract code interviews. The problems is, those type off code interviews are complete garbage except for FANG and a few exceptions. This causes them to lose good candidates over algorithms you basically never use.
