Hummus Math Challenge Part 1

In this video, I will be introducing an everyday math scenario that involves making hummus. This was inspired by the YouTube Channel My Name is Andong.

The first step involves soaking dried chickpeas overnight. Viewers are invited to give their best estimates on how much water has been absorbed by the chickpeas after a given amount of time has elapsed.
