Upgrade Time #21: The intro sequence

As everything else in this series of videos, this is Work In Progress, and a lot of things may change before the game finally get released (performance, text content, timings, etc...).

But as it is right now, I think it's good looking enough to be shown, so there you go!

Everything should be period correct for 1982, including the phone, the model of typewriter, Rolodex(tm) and Polaroid(tm) camera on display.

I tried to generate the typewriter sound using samples, but the end result was terrible, so instead I wrote a small sound engine sequencing system and made these two variants of a key stroke sound, which I think is okay-ish.

Ideally I'd like to add some more sounds like when the carriage moves back and the paper goes up, but that's not high priority. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2HJw1IFOus
