How I Customize Ubuntu 20.04

I use a ton of different Linux distributions and each one I have found that I use differently. How I use an Arch-based distro with KDE Plasma will be different than how I use Ubuntu with Plasma. So how do I customize Ubuntu? Well let's get into that very topic.
